Reheating Tips


Roasted Turkey or Turkey Breast

  • Remove from refrigeration and bring to room
    temperature approx. 1 to 2 hours.

  • Bring Citarella Turkey Gravy to boil.

  • Pour hot gravy over carved turkey to warm.

  • If you choose to reheat- please be careful not to
    overcook ~turkey is very lean.
     

Cooked Stuffing

  • Can be heated on stove top or oven at 375*.

  • Remove from plastic container.

  • Mix equal parts water & Citarella Chicken Stock ,
    drizzle lightly over stuffing before heating (no more
    than a few tablespoons) stir & heat.

  • Cook covered for approx. 20 to 30 minutes
    (depending on quantity) or until hot.

  • Stir occasionally.

  • Uncover for a few minutes- for a light crunchy texture-
    before removing from heat.
     

Sides Dishes

  • Sides can be heated in oven at 375*.

  • Remove from plastic containers and place in oven
    ready pans.

  • Cook covered for approx. 20 minutes (depending on
    quantity) or until hot.

  • Uncover for a few minutes- for a light crunchy texture-
    before removing from heat.
     

Gravy-Soups-Stocks-

  • Cook in sauce pan until simmering.

  • Expect Citarella Gravy to loosen to a smooth
    consistency when hot.
