PACKERS/STOCK CLERK
(Various Store Locations in
NYC & Hunts Point - BX)
Produce Packers
responsibilities requires
heavy lifting and sorting of
packaged/boxed produce;
ideally the preferred
candidates will have produce
and warehouse experience
however someone with produce
experience can be trained.

Receive and count stock
items, and record data.

Be able to lift up to 50
lbs.

Pack and unpack items to
be stocked on shelves in
stockrooms
-
Verify inventory
computations by
comparing them to
physical counts of
stock, and investigate
discrepancies or adjust
errors.

Store items in an
orderly and accessible
manner in stock room.
-
Mark stock items using
identification tags,
stamps, electric marking
tools, or other labeling
equipment.
-
Clean and maintain
supplies, tools,
equipment, and storage
areas in order to ensure
compliance with safety
regulations.

Determine proper storage
methods, identification,
and stock location based
on turnover,
environmental factors,
and physical
capabilities of
facilities.

Provide assistance or
direction to other
stockroom, or storage
yard workers.
Candidates must be able to
read, write, and speak
English with proficiency. We
are seeking candidates with
exceptional customer skills.
Weekends and holidays are
required. We are open to the
public 7am-11pm however
store associates open to
set-up at 5:00am and close
at approximately 11:30pm.
Full-time associates must
be available to work any and
all shifts in-between those
hours.
