DISHWASHER (Hunts Point, BX)

This position is part of a high-volume food prep production team.
Works out of the commissary kitchen in the Bronx under the guidance and direction of the Executive Chef
Must be able to hand-wash 40 quart pots, machinery, etc in a large scale cooking operation
Responsible for the maintenance of the kitchen area and high-volume washing of pots, pans, and machinery
Must demonstrate enthusiasm, teamwork, and dependability in all the assigned tasks in the kitchen 

The position is located in the South Bronx and is part of a high volume food prep production team. This is a full-time hourly position in a 24 hour operation therefore all full-time associates must be able to work any and all schedules. Weekends, overnights (6:30pm – 3:30am or 10pm-7am), and holidays are required.
