CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
(Hunts Point, BX)
This position is part of a
high volume call center. Our
ideal candidate will have
strong computer skills. Call
Center Representatives must
be able to handle busy
phones, data entry, faxes,
amongst other duties.

Candidates must be able
to deal with a high
volume of phone calls on
a daily basis

Candidates must have
excellent communication
skills; both verbal and
written

Must be able to
effectively convey and
translate into writing
Associates phone
inquiries
-
Must be computer savvy;
must be comfortable
quickly navigating
between computer
applications i.e.
Microsoft Office,
MAS500, and various
other programs
-
Must interact with
various internal
departments to
facilitate Associate
requests
-
Candidate must work with
other functional groups
to ensure customer
satisfaction; i.e.
liaison between HR, IT,
and Store Operations
-
Must provide a superior
level of customer
service over the
telephone and in writing
-
Must be able to
multi-task in a high
pressure environment
-
Responsible for data
entry of Associate
inquiries via phones and
faxes
-
Must follow-up with Associates on open issues
-
Must be able to handle
highly confidential
information in a
professional manner

Must be detailed
oriented, organized,
strong interpersonal and
time management skills

Must be able to work
within a team and
individually

Must have a strong work
ethic, be articulate,
and have a positive and
upbeat attitude

Previous purchase orders
or accounts payable
experience preferred
The position is located in
the South Bronx. This is a
full-time hourly position.
Candidates must be able to
work any schedule between
5am and 11:30pm Sunday
through Saturday. Weekends
and holidays are required
